The SkysNet Project Process

Our five-part process allows us to deploy the right skills and knowledge at the right time and place to conceptualize, plan and execute the most complex and simple of projects.

Definition and Discovery
The SkysNet development team works closely with the client to further identify and define project goals. We analyze the competition and examine the technical and creative possibilities. The really impressive part of this phase is that our team actually talks to each other and we share all we've learned during the Discovery phase before starting the Planning phase.

Planning
During planning, the SkysNet team plans every detail of the project and produces documents such as site maps, production guides, design prototypes, and database architecture briefs. Some call it obsessive. We call it thorough.

Design and Development
With our meticulous planning complete, we go about building the project by completing first-class design, content integration, programming logic, and our award-winning Site Administration tools.

Testing and Launch
After exhaustive testing, we train our clients on how to manage and maintain their new system. SkysNet releases the project for a beta launch, and we show the client all the amazing things we've done for them.

After the client is appropriately thrilled with the final product, we launch it for the rest of the world. We review the entire process to make it better next time, and we keep thinking and working on how we can help our clients continue to succeed.
